Photo & Video Submission Terms

  1. Purpose
    Q2i Archery welcomes photos and videos from our community. We may feature submitted content on our social media channels, website, marketing materials, advertisements, e-commerce, and other official Q2i Archery platforms. These Photo & Video Submission Terms explain the permissions and rights associated with content submitted to Q2i Archery through our submission form or other designated channels. Q2i Archery is a DBA to Quadel Industries, Inc.

  2. Your Rights & Permission to Submit
    By submitting a photo or video (“Submission”), you represent that you own the Submission or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to provide it to Q2i Archery and grant the rights described in these Terms.

    You also represent that your Submission does not knowingly infringe or violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

    If your Submission includes identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have obtained any permissions or releases reasonably necessary to allow Q2i Archery to use the Submission as described in these Terms.

  3. Permission Granted to Q2i Archery
    By submitting a Submission, you grant Q2i Archery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, crop, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the Submission for Q2i Archery’s promotional, marketing, advertising, commercial, editorial, and community-related purposes.

    This license includes, without limitation, use on Q2i Archery’s websites, social media accounts, digital platforms, advertisements, promotional materials, publications, and other media now known or later developed.

    Q2i Archery may use the Submission in whole or in part and may make reasonable modifications to fit different formats, layouts, aspect ratios, or media.

  4. Credit & Attribution
    Where practical, Q2i Archery may provide attribution to the photographer or submitter using the name, social media handle, or other attribution information provided with the Submission. Q2i Archery does not guarantee that attribution will be provided in every use or format. Please note that automated reposting features on third-party social platforms may not always preserve provided metadata or handles.

  5. Compensation
    Submissions are voluntary and are not eligible for payment, royalties, licensing fees, or other compensation unless separately agreed to in writing by Q2i Archery.

  6. Editing & Creative Use
    Q2i Archery may resize, crop, color-adjust, format, or otherwise edit a Submission as reasonably necessary for its intended use. Q2i Archery will not intentionally alter a Submission in a manner that is misleading or defamatory toward the people depicted.

  7. No Obligation to Use
    Submission of content does not guarantee that Q2i Archery will publish or otherwise use the Submission. Q2i Archery reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or discontinue use of any Submission at its discretion.

  8. Social Media, E-commerce & Third-Party Platforms
    You acknowledge that content published on social media platforms or other public websites may be viewed, shared, reposted, downloaded, or otherwise used by third parties. While Q2i Archery will use reasonable efforts to manage its own published content, Q2i Archery cannot control how third parties may subsequently use or distribute content once it has been publicly posted.

  9. Removal Requests
    If you would like Q2i Archery to discontinue use of Submission, please contact us at sales@q2iarchery.com and provide the relevant Submission and sufficient information for us to identify it. Q2i Archery will consider reasonable removal requests for future use. However, removal from Q2i Archery’s website or social media accounts may not be possible in all circumstances, and Q2i Archery cannot control copies, reposts, screenshots, archives, or other uses by third parties. We will strive to process such requests within 30 business days.

  10. Minors
    If a Submission depicts a person under the age of 18, the submitter must have permission from the individual’s parent or legal guardian to submit the content and authorize the uses described in these terms.

    Q2i Archery may request additional documentation or authorization before using content depicting minors.

  11. Prohibited Content
    Q2i Archery reserves the right to reject or remove Submissions that contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, excessively graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that Q2i Archery determines is inconsistent with its brand, community standards, or values.

  12. Changes to These Terms
    Q2i Archery may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of submission will govern that Submission unless otherwise required by applicable law.
