Terms and Conditions
If the item was purchased through our online store, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund by mail within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. We will not accept items returned after 30 days of purchase.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE
- Items must be in ‘new’ condition.
- If the item was purchased through one of our distributors, you must contact the distributor directly and follow their return policy.
- We reserve the right to decline returns and exchanges without a valid proof of purchase.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply to the following cases and/or at sellers’ discretion.
- The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.
- The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the return window, but the seller received the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.
- The buyer returns an item within the return window with obvious signs of use.
EXEPTIONS TO RESTOCKING FEES
- The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered.
- The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.
- The buyer received damaged or defective item.
The buyer must call Q2i Archery 1-800-289-7659 for instructions on doing a return, exchange, or refund.
Q2i wants to make sure you are able to being using the products as soon as possible so we start processing online orders immediately. If the item was purchased through our online store, you may cancel the order within 24-hours after you place your order.
During the 24-hour period you should call Q2i Archery at 1-800-289-7659 or 541-269-7351 to have the order be cancelled.
Q2i archery strongly recommends reviewing your order prior to clicking on the place order button. Doing a quick double check of your order ensures that the order is accurate to your wants and needs. Once the 24 hour window to cancel your order has expired we no longer will make changes or cancel the order. We apologize for any Inconvenience this may cause.
